We use Google Maps on our website www.chaletcouttet.com to provide you with location information and directions to the chalet. To do so we embed code that Google provides and we do not control ourselves. Because of this, Google may receive information about you such as which web browser you are using, or which Google account you are currently logged into. We do not have any access to that information, nor can we control how it is used.
Online Forms
If you provide your email address to us or complete a form on our website with personally identifiable information, your details will be stored to allow a response to your enquiry. This will be done in a fully secure and encrypted manner.
Third Parties
When you book accommodation with us, whether by telephone or through our website, your name, address data, email and contact telephone number will be stored in our Property Management System, SuperControl Ltd. Your payment information will also be handled by SuperControl Ltd in a secure, encrypted, PCI compliant format.
